摘要
以北京市西城区的"老字号"企业为例,梳理"老字号"企业承担社会责任的历史,指出中华"老字号"企业的社会责任走了一条与西方不同的发展路径,并非西方的追随者,但两者都以规范自身为起点,并扩展到为社会服务。
Taking the time-honored enterprises in Xicheng District of Beijing as examples,this paper reviews the developing history of their corporate social responsibility(CSR)and argues that instead of being the follower of the western companies,the time-honored enterprises in China took a different path in CSR development.However,CSR in both China and the west is based on the same common ground of self regulation and is extended in a similar way to social service.
