论中医药治疗肺结核

Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

肺结核中医学称为"肺痨""痨瘵",是由结核分枝杆菌引发的肺部感染性,通过呼吸道传播的一种传染性疾病。在疾病认识上,中、西医基本是一致的。在治疗方面,西医依靠化疗,而中药则在加强药物对结核杆菌的杀菌抑菌作用之外,同时增强肺结核病人的免疫功能,中药还可治疗退热、止血等肺结核病出现的表证,达到标本兼治、提升肺结核病的治疗效果。该文就近年来中药实验研究,围绕中药治疗肺结核做一综述。
