摘要
目的:通过扫描电镜动态观察中药淫羊藿在兔下颌骨缺损修复过程中的作用。方法:保留骨膜,制备兔左侧下颌骨10 mm×8 mm贯穿性骨缺损模型,随机分为中药淫羊藿饲养组与对照组。术后2、4、8、12周处死动物,缺损区组织块经过处理后在电镜下进行观察,主要观察缺损边界区的成骨情况。结果:对照组在整个观察期间边界区均由纤维结缔组织构成,8周后边缘少量新骨形成。淫羊藿组2周时缺损区基本为纤维结缔组织覆盖,4周后新骨由缺损边缘成条索状或小片状深入到缺损区内,8周时新骨量增多,12周时部分新生板状骨呈现成熟骨形态。随时间延长,两组标本边界区与周围组织连接更紧密,缺损界限不明显。结论:补肾中药淫羊藿能加速成骨,提高新骨质量,有效促进兔下颌骨缺损的修复。
Objective:To investigate the osteogenesis effect of Epimedium Herb in bone defects by scanning electron microscope ( SEM ). Methods : With the precondition of reserving the periosteum, A 10mm multiply 8mm perfoliate defect in mandible was made in each animal. They were randomly divided into 2 groups: the Epimcdium Herb group and control group. At postoperative 2,4,8,12 weeks, 2 rabbits in each group were sacrificed and take specimens. The boundary of defects were evaluated by SEM. Results : At 2,4,8,12 weeks, SEM scanning indicated that the boundary was mostly circled by fibrin in control group, a little new bone dispersedly distribute after 8 weeks.In the Epimedium Herb group, the boundary was mostly circled by fibrin at 2 weeks, there was a little new bone dispersedly distribute into the defects like bands or flakes, there were more new bone at 8 weeks, the lamellar bone was showed and came to maturity later at 12 weeks. With the time files, the boundary connected together in both groups and the distinction between defects and host was not obvious. Conclusion : Epimedium Herb can effectively accelerate the formation and maturity of new bone for mandibular defect.
