Advances of Studies on Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Perimenopausal Syndrome

综合近5年针灸治疗围绝经期综合征相关文献,从临床和实验研究2个方面进行综述。临床研究主要有针刺、艾灸、电针、耳穴疗法以及综合疗法等,取得了较好的临床疗效;实验研究主要围绕神经-内分泌-免疫系统和自由基代谢、血脂等方面而展开的,进一步揭示了针灸的作用机制。表明针灸治疗该病具有优越性和发展潜力,并对深化针灸研究提出相关建议。

The literatures on acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of perimenopausal syndrome are summarized in recent five years, from two aspects of clinical and experimental research were reviewed. Clinical research mainly includes acupuncture, moxibustion, electro acupuncture, auricular therapy and comprehensive therapy, which shows good clinical efficacy; Experimental research mainly around the nerve- endocrine-immune system and metabolism of free radicals, blood lipid and other aspects launches, further reveal the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion.The literatures show that acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of this disease has superiority and development potential, and puts forward suggestions for deepening the research on acupuncture and moxibustion.
