针灸治疗骨质疏松致脊椎压缩性骨折临床价值研究

Clinical Value of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Vertebral Compression Fractures Caused by Osteoporosis

目的:分析在治疗骨质疏松致脊髓压缩性骨折过程中使用针灸的治疗价值。方法:选取40例骨质疏松致脊椎压缩性骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组患者采用传统治疗方法进行治疗,观察组患者采用针灸的方法进行治疗。结果:两组患者在均采用VAS评分差值进行比较,在治疗6个月后两组患者的治疗效果有明显差异(P<0.05),并且随访6个月后也没有出现不良反应。结论:在对骨质疏松致脊髓压缩性骨折患者进行治疗的过程中,使用针灸治疗效果要明显好于使用传统方法治疗的患者,在实际的治疗过程中针灸治疗的方法值得推广。

Objective： The therapeutic value of the use of acupuncture in the treatment of osteoporosis induced spinal compression fracture process. Methods ： Spinal osteoporotic compression fractures in patients with 40 cases, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 20 cases in each. The control group received conventional treatment, the observation group were treated by acupuncture treatment. Results ： The patients in the two groups were compared by VAS score difference, there is a significant difference in the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients after 6 months of treatment （ P〈0.05 ）, and after 6 months of follow-up no adverse reaction. Conclusion ： The osteoporosis induced spinal compression fracture patients were treated in the process, the use of the effects of acupuncture treatment was better than using traditional methods in the treatment of patients, the actual process of acupuncture treatment methods worthy of promotion.
