百合固金汤合止嗽散加减治疗感冒后咳嗽临床观察

Clinical Observation of Addition and Subtraction Therapy in the Treatment of Cold Caused Cough Using Baihe Gujin Decoction and Zhisou Powder

目的:观察百合固金汤合止嗽散加减治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将72例患感冒后咳嗽的患者按随机的原则分为治疗组和对照组各36例,治疗组采用百合固金汤合止嗽散加减治疗,对照组采用养阴清肺丸和/或橘红痰咳液对症治疗,7 d为1个疗程,比较两组在第2个疗程结束后的临床疗效。结果:在第2个疗程结束后治疗组总有效率(91.7%)高于对照组(72.2%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百合固金汤合止嗽散加减治疗感冒后咳嗽优于养阴清肺丸和/或橘红痰咳液的对症治疗。

Objective ： To investigate the curative effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction with Zhisou Powder in the treatment of cold caused cough. Methods ： A total of 72 patients with cold caused cough were divided into a control group （ 36 cases ） and a treatment group （ 36 cases ） according to random. In the treatment group, addition and subtraction therapy were applied with Baihe Cujin Decoction with Zhisou Powder. In the control group, a conventional treatment were applied using Yangyin Qingfei Wan and/or Juhong Tanke Liquid. The treatment was given once every 7 days and 2 treatments were required totally in the two groups. The clinical efficacy were compared after treatments between two groups. Results ： The total effective rate was 91.7% in the treatment group, significantly greater than 72.2% in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The addition and subtraction using Baihe Gujin Decoction with Zhisou Powder achieves the ideal efficacy in the treatment of cold caused cough, which is superior to conventional treatment.
