目的:观察武当神效桂枝汤配合中药熏洗在桡骨远端骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法:对58例桡骨远端骨折的患者采用武当神效桂枝汤配合中药熏洗及腕关节功能锻炼康复治疗。结果:根据Dienst功能评定标准,对58例患者受伤腕关节进行功能评定,优良率为94.8%。结论:武当神效桂枝汤配合中药熏洗治疗桡骨远端骨折临床疗效肯定。

Objective： Wudang Magic Guizhi Tang observed with herbal fumigation application results in the treatment of distal radial fractures in. Methods ： 58 cases of distal radial fractures in patients with the Wudang Magic Guizhi Tang with herbal fumigation and wrist exercise rehabilitation. Results ： According to Dienst functional evaluation criteria, 58 patients were injured wrist functional evaluation, good rate is 94.8%.
