中医辨证分型护理结合西医常规护理在分泌性中耳炎患者中应用

Application Effect of Dialectical Types of TCM Combined with Western Medicine Routine Nursing in Secretory Otitis Media Patients

目的:探讨中医辨证分型护理结合西医常规护理在分泌性中耳炎患者中的应用效果。方法:80例分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用中医辨证分型护理,比较两组患者的心理状态、健康信念、治疗效果及护理满意度。结果:观察组的健康信念高于对照组,护理后的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率高于对照组,症状积分低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型护理能够满足分泌性中耳炎患者的身心需要,提高治疗效果和护理质量。

Objective ： To explore the application effect of Dialectical types of TCM combined with western medicine routine nursing in secretory otitis media patients. Methods ： 80 cases of secretory otitis media patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given with routine nursing, the observation group was given dialectical types of TCM nursing based on the control group, two groups were compared with mental state, health belief, the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction. Results ： Health belief in the observation groups was higher than that in the control group, the anxiety, depression score after nursing was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, symptom score was lower than that in the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Dialectical types of TCM nursing is able to meet physical and mental needs of secretory otitis media patients, it can improve the therapeutic effect and nursing quality.
