社区矫正是我国刑罚改革的重要制度,对完善我国刑罚体系具有重要作用。在惩治涉恐犯罪中,社区矫正制度同样具有重要价值。本文首先分析了涉恐犯罪人的特征,然后阐述了涉恐犯罪人社区矫正对惩治涉恐犯罪的价值,最后提出了针对涉恐犯罪人特征的社区矫正措施。

Community correction is an important system in penalty reform in China, which plays a key role in improving the penalty system. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of criminals involving terrorism, the paper discusses the value and measures of community correction.
