EDTA滴定法测定总硬度的精密度偏性试验分析

Analysis of the Determination of Total hardness Precision Bias Experiment by EDTA Titration Method

采用空白检验、方差分析、总标准差检验、加标回收等精密度偏性试验方法对实验室采用EDTA滴定法测定总硬度的准确性与精密度进行评价,并绘制质控图以分析试验数据的受控状态与变化趋势,结果表明:该实验室用该方法测定总硬度不受水体干扰物质及环境条件的影响,实验人员具备相应的检测水平,检测数据准确可靠;试验数据所有点均处于受控状态,说明该实验室具备了相应的质量管理能力。建议注意缓冲溶液的保存和使用,试验重点应放在提高操作人员技术水平、减少人员操作的系统误差上。

The blank test,analysis of variance,the total standard deviation test,the accuracy of standard recovery precision bias test method were applied to test the accuracy and precision of total hardness tested by EDTA titration method.The quality control chart was drawn to analyze the controlled state and the trend of the test data as well. The results showed that EDTA method was not been affected by the materials in the water and the environment con-ditions.The experimenter in the lab owned qualified ability to obtain reliable data.The data all were under control indicating that the lab had qualified quality management level.One suggestion was made to carefully store and use buffer solution.The key should be put on improving the experimenters＇ ability in order to reduce the system error.
