激励式护理干预对全麻手术患者心理状况的影响被引量：3

摘要目的探讨激励式护理干预对全麻手术患者术前焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法将160例全麻手术患者随机分为常规护理组(对照组)和激励式护理组(干预组),采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量(SDS)表对患者的心理状况进行评价。结果 2组组内干预前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间干预后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激励式护理干预可以缓解手术患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,稳定患者术前心理状态,保证手术和麻醉的顺利进行。
