养猪业是我国畜牧生产中的主要组成部分,发展养猪业势必要发展猪饲料,而含硫氨基酸蛋氨酸、胱氨酸和半胱氨酸是氨基酸的重要组成部分,其中蛋氨酸是猪的第二限制性氨基酸,是不可或缺的营养元素。文章主要介绍了含硫氨基酸的理化性质、代谢机制、生物学功能以及在猪营养中的研究进展。
The pig enterprises is the main component of livestock production in China, pig feed is a prerequisite for the development of pig industry, the sulfur amino acids consisting of methionine, cystine and cysteine are important component of amino acids. Methionine is the second limiting amino acids for pig and indispensable nutrients. The paper mainly introduced physicoehemical property, metabolic mechanism and research progress of sulfur amino acid in swine nutrition.
