花粉作为绿色饲料添加剂在水产养殖中的应用前景

花粉不仅含有动物所需的各种营养物质,而且含有多种生理活性物质,如类黄酮、多肽、多糖等,具有防治心血管疾病、降血脂、调节神经系统机能、提高机体免疫功能、抗衰老、抗癌等多种生理功能。但花粉作为饲料添加剂用于畜牧及水产养殖的报道还较少,文章从花粉所富含活性成分的生理机能方面入手,分析花粉作为绿色饲料添加剂的可行性及应用前景。

Pollen contains is not only all the nutrients needed for animal body, but also contains many complex physiological active substances, such as flavonoids, peptides, polysaccharides and so on, which have the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, fall hematic fat, adjust nerve system function, improve the body＇s immune function, anti-aging, anti-cancer and other physiological functions. But the report about the pollen as feed additive used in animal husbandry and aquaculture is less. In this article, from the active ingredient of pollen contains aspects of physiology, that the feasibility and application prospects of the analysis of pollen as green feed additives used in aquacuhure were discussed.
