摘要
2012年4月-2014年4月,从哈尔滨市18个地区鸡场中疑似新城疫（ND）发病鸡群体内分离到6株具有血凝活性的病毒,经血凝试验（HA）、血凝抑制试验（HI）和电镜观察证实了6株病毒为新城疫病毒（NDV）。经蚀斑纯化后进行生物学特性的研究显示,其鸡胚平均死亡时间（MDT）和1日龄雏鸡脑内接种致病指数（ICPI）分别为37.2-60.8 h、1.71-1.80,说明该病毒属于NDV强毒株或中强毒株。
From April 2012 to April 2014, six viral strains which have hemagglutination activity were isolated from the chicken flocks with suspected newcastle disease （ND） in 18 regions of Harbin. Through the observation resuits of the HI, HA test and electron microscopy, it was confirmed that these virus were the newcastle disease vrius （NDV）. By the biological characteristics study in the plaque purified, it was found that the mean death time （MDT） of chicken embryos and 1 day old chicks intracerebral pathogenicity index （ICPI） were between 37.2-60.8 h and 1.71- 1.80, which belongs to the virulent strains or velogenie and mesogenie strains of NDV.
