摘要
以甲醇为溶媒,超声提取地黄样品中毛蕊花糖苷,采用高效液相色谱法进行测定,流动相为乙腈-0.1%醋酸溶液(16∶84),流速1.0mL·min-1,C18色谱柱分离,检测波长334nm。考察不同产地的生地黄和熟地黄中所含毛蕊花糖苷的含量,结果显示产地不同,生地黄和熟地黄中的毛蕊花糖苷含量不同。建立的方法操作简便、准确、快速、干扰少,适用于生地黄和熟地黄中毛蕊花糖苷含量的测定。
Verbascoside was obtained from rehmannia root samples through ultrasound extraction with methanol as the solvent,assayed through the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), separated by CTM chromatographic column and mobile phase acetonitrile -0.1 % acetic acid solution at the flow speed of 1. 0 mL · min^- 1 ,and detected on the wavelength of 334 nm. The results showed that verbascoside content differed in rehmannia root and prepared rehmannia root from different places of production. Thus,the method was simple and effective,and applicable to the detection of verbascoside content in rehmannia root and prepared rehmannia root.
