摘要
采用γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-590)对纳米SiO2表面进行接枝改性,用傅里叶红外光谱法(FT-IR)对其结构进行表征;将改性纳米SiO2与环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯(AESO)和乙烯基醚改性环氧大豆油丙烯酸聚氨酯(VASO)按不同比例复合制备光固化纳米复合涂层。结果表明:巯基纳米SiO2的加入显著提高了丙烯酸双键的转化率,并且随着改性纳米SiO2含量的增加漆膜硬度增加,且漆膜耐水性和耐磨性能均有明显改善。
SiO2 nanoparticles were modified by γ-(mercaptopropyl) trimethoxysilane and were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared (VrlR). Acrylated epoxidized soybean oil (AESO) and vinyl/acrylate ended soybean oil (VASO) were composited with different content of modified SiO2 nanoparticles to prepare UV curable nanocomposite coatings. The photopolymerization process of the coatings was measured and the results showed that the addition of modified SiO2 nanoparticles obviously increased the conversion of acrylate double bond. Moreover, the pencil hardness was significantly improved and the water resistance and abrasion resistance was also improved with increasing modified SiO2 nanoparticles content.
