空中交通复杂性与管制员通话负荷的相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 为揭示空中交通复杂性因素对管制员陆空通话负荷的影响规律,对实际空管运行数据进行统计分析,得出13种典型空中交通复杂性因素以及3种陆空通话负荷指标的基本统计特征,系统研究了不同类型复杂性因素与陆空通话负荷之间的相关性。结果表明:笔者提出的综合反映管制员工作负荷指标——陆空通话负荷指数,与传统的评价指标通话时长相比,可以更精确地反映管制员的工作负荷;交通流总量的复杂性因子之间存在比较显著的相关性特征,交通动态性的复杂性因子、交通密度性的复杂性因子具有同样的特征,而交通多样性的复杂性因子之间无明显相关性特征;时段流量、速度改变量、航路点附近的航空器数量等与陆空通话负荷存在显著相关性,相关系数分别达到0.626、0.605、0.611,而交通多样性因子与通话负荷之间没有明显的相关性特征。 Aiming to reveal the influence of air traffic complexity on air traffic controller communication load, this paper presents an analysis on the statistical data of air traffic operation. The basic statistical features of 13 typical air traffic complexity factors and 3 communication load indexes were identified. The relationship between various air traffic complexity and communication load was investigated. The results show that the communication load index can more accurately reflect the controller workload than the duration indem The results show that there is a significant correlation in the complexity factors of traffic volume and the similar results lie in the dynamic characteristic and traffic density. In contrast, there is no clear correlation in the complexity factors of traffic diversity. Results also show that air traffic controller communication load positively correlated with the traffic volume, the change in speed and the flight movements near the waypoint have the respective correlation coefficients 0. 626, 0. 605 and 0. 611. However, the traffic diversity does not influence the communication load.
