电动汽车头部碰撞相容性拓扑构型的优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 为了获得电动汽车头部最优结构,基于满足碰撞相容性的某纯电动汽车头部拓扑构型,采用拓扑优化与正交试验设计相结合的方法,以实现轻量化的前提下满足最佳比吸能为优化目标,对提取的纯电动汽车头部拓扑构型进行优化设计,并对最优头部结构进行100%重叠正面碰撞安全性验证与可靠性分析。结果表明,拓扑优化、正交试验设计与有限元仿真方法的结合使用,可得到满足优化目标的电动汽车最优头部结构。 In order to obtain the optimal structure of the head of the electric vehicle, this paper presents the optimization design of topological configuration of head of extracted and pure electrical vehicle, which is based on meeting the topological configuration of the compatibility of collision between heads of pure electric vehicles. At the same time, the method is adopted by combining the topology optimization and orthogonal combination in the process of the design, in which the best specific energy absorption on the premise of lightweight as the optimization target is treated. Moreover, it is verified the 100% overlapping frontal crash safety of optimal head structure. The results showed that if we use the method that combines the topology optimization, the orthogonal experiment design with finite element simulation, we will get the optimal structure of the head of the electric car which meets the optimization goal.
