The faults in the mechanical, electrical aspects of the the three--phase alternating--current motor are illustrated in this article, and the ways to deal with them are put forward. The causes of the faults occurring in the alternative electric motors are analyzed and the ways to deal with them are given. If the faults can be checked, found out and got rid of in time, accidents can be avoided effectively. This can make the motor operate normally, in a good state. This combines the work and the reality, it is operable, and feasible.
