摘要
本文论述了SURALAYA 625MW燃煤电站EPC项目的设备监造管理,重点阐述了国外EPC项目设备监造的方式方法以及工作流程。通过实例说明了设备监造过程中需要重点关注的问题和防范措施,对今后的监造工作有着很好的指导意义。
This article focuses on the approach and process for supervising equipment manufacturing for overseas EPC project by taking the SURALAYA 625MW coal-fired power plant in Indonesia as an example. The key issues and precautions are explained through project cases.
