摘要
本文选取了指标数据,通过建立指标体系和模型,研究了科技人力资源与生物产业发展的适配关系,通过模型进一步分析了科技人力资源与生物产业的适配关系对产业发展的影响,反映了科技人力资源在生物产业的投入、生产以及发挥等环节的发展优化和结构升级等方面的作用。实证分析结果显示,生物产业发展与科技人力资源之间的适配关系,目前较弱,有待于进一步增强。生物、生化制品制造业各环节科技人力资源适配情况也存在比较弱的趋势,需要战略调整。
This paper chooses the index data, through the establishment of index system and model, and studies the relation between the human resources in science and technology and bio-industry development model, through further analysis on influence of the adaptation between the human resources of science and technology and bio-industry on industry. It reflects the use of the scientific and technological human resource in the biological industry investment, production and other aspects of the development of the optimization and upgrading of the structure. The empirical analysis shows, the relationship between the adaptation, bio-industry development and human resources in science and technology is weak, and needs to be further enhanced. The fit between biological, biochemical products manufacturing industry and human resource of science and technology is relatively weak, and needs to be adjusted strategically.
