Peer Review with Constraints: How Canada Control Assessment Quality of Humanities and Social Sciences Research

加拿大人文社会科学研究委员会(SSHRC)是加拿大人文社会科学研究最重要的资助与管理机构,其人文社科评审形成了独特的质量监控体系。SSHRC在组织职能与结构设计、评审专家选拔、观察员制度、反馈申诉制度等方面形成了一些独特的设计,实现了保证评审质量的目的。本文在对比加拿大人文社科与我国国家社科基金评审制度的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。

And these designs have achieved the purpose of the quality assurance in assessment. Based on the comparison of the accreditation system of Canada Humanities and Social Sciences and the National Social Science Fund of China, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
