摘要
用半仿生-酶法提取甘青乌头抗炎镇痛的活性部位,考察加酶量、酶解时间、半仿生提取(SBE)温度和总时间4个因素的影响。结果表明,优选工艺为:加酶量36 U/g,酶解时间90 min,SBE温度80℃,SBE总时间180 min。
Semi-bionic to extract activity component from Aconitum tanguticum.The influence of enzyme dosage ,enzymatic time ,SBE temperature and total time were investigated .The result showed that the opti-mum process were as follows:36 U/g mixed enzyme ,hydrolysis 90 min then stirring extracted for 180 min under 80 ℃.
