新型固载化Lewis酸催化合成辣椒素糖苷的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用新型的、催化性能稳定、高效的高分子固载Lewis酸Sn Cl4为催化剂,对辣椒素进行糖苷化,在高产率地得到具有重要药理作用的辣椒素葡萄糖苷的同时,建立了一种以高分子固载Lewis酸催化合成辣椒素糖苷类化合物的合成新方法,该方法具有反应条件温和,操作简便,产物易分离,催化剂可回收再利用,环境友好等优点。 A novel approach, which has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, simple operation, easy separation of products, high yield and environmental friendship, has been developed for the catalytic synthe- sis of capsaicin glucoside by stable catalytic performance and efficient polymer supported Lewis acid SnCl_4.
