摘要
采用对氨基苯磺酸为催化剂,对异戊醇与乙酸间的酯化反应进行了研究,考察了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间对乙酸异戊酯收率的影响。结果表明,在回流条件下,当乙酸的加入量为0.156 mol,异戊醇的加入量为0.12 mol,即醇酸物质的量比为1∶1.3,催化剂用量为1.8 g,反应70 min时,乙酸异戊酯收率可达70.72%,且具有很高的纯度。
Esterification of isoamyl alcohol and acetic acid catalyzed by p-aminobenzene sulponic acid an-bydrous was investigated .The effects of the molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to acetic acid ,the amount of cat-alyst and reaction time on yield was discussed .The results show that when the molar ratio of isoamyl alco-hol (0.12 mol) to acetic acid (0.156 mol) was 1∶1.3;the amount of catalyst was 1.8 g,and the reac-tion time was 70 min under reflux ,the yield of isoamyl acetate was up 70 .72%.The product has high pu-rity.
