摘要
采用木质素磺酸钠、衣康酸为原料,合成了一种新型的水煤浆分散剂(LI),探讨了衣康酸单体用量、引发剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对水煤浆表观黏度的影响,利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对其结构进行了表征,并对产物作水煤浆性能测试。结果表明,优化后的工艺条件为反应温度75℃,反应时间4.5 h,ω(K2S2O8)=3.5%,衣康酸单体用量20%;衣康酸与木质素磺酸钠接枝聚合成功;接枝产物所制浆体ζ电位值更高,静态稳定性更好。
The new surfactant ( LI) was synthesized by itaconic acid and lignosulphonate .The effects of the dosage of itaconic acid ,the dosage of initiator ,reaction time and reaction temperature on apparent viscosi-ty of coal water slurry were examined .The structure of the products was characterized by FTIR .And the performance testing of coal water slurry was studied .The results showed that the optimum conditions of the reaction were:75 ℃of the reaction temperature ,4.5 h of the reaction time ,ω( K2 S2 O8 ) =3.5% and 20%content of the itaconic acid;the graft polymerization of itaconic acid and sodium lignosulphonate had been obtained;the coal water slurry had higher ζpotential value ,and the static stability of coal water slur-ry was better .
