摘要
对煤层压裂用悬浮分散剂BC-11进行了煤粉悬浮率、煤浆静态稳定性、润湿性、配伍性、驱替模拟以及甲烷气吸附影响实验。结果表明,BC-11浓度为0.3%时,悬浮率可达40%,煤浆静态稳定在72 h以上,且有利于煤层气的解吸,适合煤层各种压裂液体系。
The suspension dispersion agents BC-11,which can be used in coal-bed fracturing.A series of experiments including conducting the suspending rate of coal powder ,static stability of coal slurry ,wetta-bility ,compatibility experiment ,flooding simulation and adsorption of methane gas experiment .The results show that the concentration of BC-11 reaches 0.3%,suspending rate of coal powder can reach 40%,the time of static stability of coal slurry are more than 72 h.The BC-11 is also conducive to desorption coal-bed methane and suiting for all kinds of coalbed fracturing fluid system .
