均相沉淀法制备纳米氧化锌及光催化性能研究 被引量:2

Preparation of nano Zn O by homogeneous precipitation and application in photocatalytic degradation

摘要 介绍了以醋酸锌和尿素为原料,均相沉淀法制备了纳米氧化锌粉体,并将其应用到亚甲基蓝的光催化降解。采用红外、扫描电镜和热分析对样品进行了表征,利用紫外-可见吸收研究Zn O的光催化降解性能。结果表明,醋酸锌和尿素摩尔比1∶2,400℃下焙烧3 h,用量为25 mg,Zn O对亚甲基蓝降解达到98.1%,所得粉体颗粒均匀,分散性较好。 Based on zinc acetate and urea ,preparation of nano ZnO by homogeneous precipitation is intro-duced and applied in photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue .IR, SEM and thermal analysis were used to characterize the properties of products .UV-Vis was applied to study the photocatalytic perform-ance .ZnO powder prepared by zinc acetate to urea mole ratio of 1∶2 and calcinated for 3 h under 400℃had uniform size and good dispersibility .The degradation rate of methylene blue reached 98.1%when the dosage of ZnO was 25 mg.
