摘要
随着壁厚小于2mm的高强冷弯超薄壁型钢构件已在国内开始应用,冷弯薄壁型钢自攻螺钉连接的受力性能的研究逐渐受到关注。但不同的测试方法对自攻螺钉的连接受力性能有所影响。故文中对近年来自攻螺钉连接节点的试验研究方法进行分析和总结,指出了各种试验方法的优缺点,并针对冷弯薄壁型钢自攻螺钉连接不同试验方法提出建议。
Cold-formed super thin-walled steel structure with the thickness less than 2mm has been used in China. Study of the strength performance of self-drilling screw connections of high strength cold- formed thin-walled steel become more and more important. Different test methods can affect the results of mechanical behavior. This paper reviewed self-drilling/self-tapping screw shear connections tests meth- od. Then it examined the strengths and weaknesses of each method. Finally, by comparing the experi- mental methods, some suggestions were presented.
