摘要
从电子式电能表有功计量的原理出发定量分析了后置低通滤波器对电能计量的影响。从理论分析结果可以得出电子式电能表后置低通滤波器对计量周期性的电压电流波形理论上没有影响,对计量冲击负荷产生的非周期性的电压电流波形将会导致计量不准确。最后以电弧炉负荷为例,建立了研究冲击负荷电能计量的仿真模型,仿真结果表明电子式电能表后置低通滤波器会加大冲击负荷电能计量误差。
The influence of rear low-pass filter on electric energy metering has been analyzed quantitatively according to the principle of active power metering of the electronic energy meter. The theoretical analysis results show that the rear low-pass filter of the electric energy meter has no effect to the measurement of voltage and current waveforms peri- odic, while metering inaccuracy would come out for voltage and current aperiodic waveforms produced by the impact load. Taking the electric arc furnace load as an example, a s!mulation model to study electric energy metering for the impact loads has been built. The simulation results show that the rear low-pass filter of electronic energy meter will in- crease the impact load measurement error.
