摘要
促进西部农村学前教育事业发展是当前我国学前教育改革的重中之重。本研究采用教育人类学的田野调查方法,对甘肃某县的40所小学进行了实地调研。研究发现,《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》实施以来,当地学前教育入园率、学校硬件环境、各级教师培训、政府财政支持均有所改善,但也存在教学点的教育资源不足、教育软件资源空置、远程教育培训缺乏等问题。本文对远程培训如何促进农村学前教育的发展进行了思考,并探究了学前教师接受远程培训的必要性及现实意义,以期为国家全面开展农村教师培训提供借鉴。
Promoting the development of preschool education in West China rural areas is a priority top on the current preschool education reform agenda in China. Using anthropological fieldwork methods to investigate 40 primary schools in a county of Gansu Province, the study reveals that progress has been made in enrollment rate of local preschool education, hardware environment, teachers' training and government financial support since the implementation of the National Plan for Long- and Medium-Term Education Reform and Development. Findings also suggest that there are insufficient preschool educational resources, vacant software facilities and lack of distance education trainings. In light of the research findings,this article also explores the significance and necessity of distance training to the preschool education development in rural areas.
