绞股蓝属植物亲缘关系初步分析 被引量:7

Analysis phylogenetic relationship of Gynostemma(Cucurbitaceae)

摘要 采用DNA条形码ITS,mat K,rbc L,psb A-trn H 4个片段,对绞股蓝属Gynostemma 9个种及变种共38份样品的序列进行分析,以雪胆属罗锅底Hemsleya macrosperma作为外类群,运用PAUP 4.0b10软件进行系统发育分析,基于ITS序列采用邻接法(NJ)和最大简约法(MP)构建系统发育树,探讨绞股蓝属下的亲缘关系。研究表明:1在NJ树和严格一致树中,广布种绞股蓝G.pentaphyllum var.pentaphyllum的8个个体没有形成单系分支;2怀疑长梗绞股蓝G.longipes和光叶绞股蓝G.laxum是否应为独立的种;3支持绞股蓝属植物亚属的分类单位。 The sequences of ITS, matK, rbcL and psbA-trnH of 9 Gynostemma species or variety including 38 samples were com- pared and analyzed by molecular phylogeny method. Hemsleya macrosperma was designated as outgroup. The MP and NJ phylogenetic tree of Gynostemma was built based on ITS sequence, the results of PAUP phylogenetic analysis showed the following results: ①The eight individuals of G. pentaphyllum var. pentaphyllum were not supported as monophyletie in the strict consensus trees and NJ trees. ②It is suspected whether G. longipes and G. laxum should be classified as the independent species. ③The classification of subgenus units of Gynostemma plants is supported.
