多孔淀粉作为淫羊藿总黄酮固体分散体载体的研究 被引量:6

摘要 评价多孔淀粉作为淫羊藿总黄酮固体分散体载体的特性。以多孔淀粉作为淫羊藿总黄酮固体分散体的载体,选取淫羊藿苷为指标成分,比较淫羊藿总黄酮固体分散体与原料药体外溶出度的差异,采用扫描电镜法、差示扫描量热法和X射线粉末衍射法对淫羊藿总黄酮固体分散体进行物相表征。扫描电镜下固体分散体呈不规则块状,未见淫羊藿总黄酮与多孔淀粉的粉末特征,差示扫描量热法和X射线粉末衍射法分析结果分别显示,固体分散体中淫羊藿总黄酮的特征吸热峰和特征结晶衍射峰均消失,提示淫羊藿总黄酮以无定形形式分散在固体分散体中。体外溶出试验结果表明,当淫羊藿总黄酮与多孔淀粉比例为1∶2时,即能显著增加淫羊藿苷的溶出速率。多孔淀粉作为中药固体分散体载体值得进一步研究。 In order to evaluate the characteristic of porous starch (PS) as the solid dispersions carrier of the total Epimedium fla- vonoids (TEF), the PS was used. The dissolution of icariin was selected as an indicator to analyze the differences of dissolution be- tween TEF and its solid dispersion. TEF was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). Solid dispersion was irregular block and no powder characteristics of TEF and PS could be seen in SEM, DSC and XRD analysis suggested that TEF may be present in solid dispersion as amorphous substance. The dissolu- tion rate of icariin has been improved significantly when the proportion of TEF and PS was 1 : 2. PS as a traditional solid dispersion car- rier is worthy of further study.
