病机十九条新解

New Understanding of the Nineteen Items of Pathogenesis

《黄帝内经》中"病机十九条"蕴含着古人对天机之数的推崇,病机不仅仅为十九条,或许为二十条,但不排除后人恪守真经续新篇。笔者现从古人以数为本的世界观、十九年七闰法的确立来阐述病机十九条。病机十九条只是分析证候,审查病机的一种方法,并不包括所有疾病在病机的所有内容。因此在临床运用时,必须联系临床实际,才能正确理解十九条的意义。故在学习运用时必须领会其精神实质,触类旁通,灵活应用,只有这样,才能学以致用,取得满意疗效,亦正如原文所言"疏其气血,令其条达,而致和平"。

The nineteen items of pathogenesis in The Yellow Enperor＇s Inner Classic implies the worship of the ancient people for the nature＇s mystery. The pathngenesis does not only include 19 items,maybe 20 items and does not exclude the later generations＇ new successive chapters by abiding by the canon. In this paper tile nineteen items of pathngenesis were expounded from the per- spective of the ancient people＇s worht view of taking numbers as the basis, and the establishment of nineteen years seven leap method. The nineteen items of pathogenesis is merely a method to analyze the symptoms and examine the pathogenesis but not in- chide the content of the pathogenesis of all the diseases. Therefore,the nineteen items carl be correctly understood only by con- necting the clinical＇ practice. During study and application ,one should grasp the spiritual essence,comprehend by analogy and ap- ply flexibly to meet the practical clinical needs and achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect. Like the original text said：dispersing the qi and blood to make them smoothly flow and achieve harmony and balance.
