Brief Analysis of the Treatment of Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis in puberty Starting From the Liver

青春期崩漏的病因病机复杂,尤其青春期女性感情细腻,敏感多疑,更容易受到心理因素的影响,因此青春期崩漏以肝郁证较为常见。青少年肾气未充、发育未全,肾—天癸—冲任—胞宫生殖轴功能不稳定,其崩漏的病变多与肾的封藏不固有关,治疗以补肾为主,但情窦初开,肝气易动,故酸敛养血柔肝之法不可忽略。因此平肝开郁、养血柔肝、清热凉肝等法是治疗青春期崩漏的常用方法,辅以健脾升阳、滋阴养血、补肾填精等治疗方法,具有重要的临床指导意义。

Particularly,the girls in puberty are emotionally sensitive and suspicious who are easily influenced by psychological factors, thus most of the metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in puberty is mainly due to liver depression. For teenagers with insufficient kidney qi and immaturity, the function of the genital axis of “kidney-Tiangui-thoroughfare and conception vessels-uterus” is unstable. The pathological changes of metror- rhagia and metrostaxis is mostly related with the insecure storing function of the kidney. The treatment shouht be taken the kidney- toniflcation as the priority. Besides, the method of acid astringing,blood nourishing and liver softening should not be neglected due to their flint awakening of love inducing unstable liver qi. Therefore, the methods of tranquilizing the liver and relieving depres- sion, nourishing blood and softening the liver,clearing heat and cooling the liver are the eommon methods for treatment metrorrha- gia and metrostaxis in puberty. Moreover,the assistant methods of strengthening the liver and ascending yang, nourishing yin and blood, reinforeing kidney and replenishing essence are also of great clinical significance.
