摘要
目的:分析李寿彭治疗胃痛的用药规律。方法:收集李寿彭治疗胃痛的400个病例,录入400条初诊处方,建立总体、主要证型、主要证素用药数据库,分别统计分析用药频率。结果:所使用药物有明显的规律性,最常使用的一些药物为验方腹痛宁的组成部分。结论:李寿彭治疗胃脘痛主要以腹痛宁验方为基础加减,注意辨证合方,寒温并用。
Objective：To observe the law of drug use in treating stomachache by Li Shoupeng. Methods：400 cases with stomach- ache treated by Doctor Li and 400 formulas of first visit were included to establish general database,main syndrome database and main syndrome factors drug use data base. The drug use frequency was recorded and analyzed respectively. Resuhs ：All the drugs used show obvious regularity. The most commonly used drugs were the components of empirical tbrmula of Fulongning. Conclu- sion：For treating stomachache,Li Pengshou chiefly base on the empirical formula of Futongning to modify the prescription, value combination of formulas according to syndrome differentiation and simultaneous use of cold and warm herbs.
