清眩方对肝肾阴虚型高血压患者生存质量的影响

Effect of Qingxuan Prescription on the Quality of Life of the Hypertension Patients Due to Yin Deficiency of the Liver and Kidney

目的:观察清眩方对肝肾阴虚型高血压患者的生存质量的影响。方法:将150例肝肾阴虚型高血压患者随机分为观察组80例和对照组70例,两组患者均给予西药降压治疗,观察组另加用清眩方治疗。结果:两组治疗后24小时平均收缩压、夜间及白天平均收缩压均较治疗前有明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组24小时平均收缩压、夜间及白天平均收缩压均优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组患者症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生存质量评分均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:清眩方能降低肝肾阴虚型高血压患者血压,改善患者生存质量。

Objective ：To observe the effect of Qingxuan Prescription on the quality of life of the hypertension patients due to yin deficiency of the liver and kidney. Methods：IS0 cases with hypertension due to yin deficiency of the liver and kidney were ran- domized into observation group （80 eases ） and control group （70 cases）. Both groups were given western antihypertensive medi- cine and observation group were additionally given Qiangxuan Prescription. Results：After 24 hours of treatment, the mean systolic blood pressure （SBP） ,mean night systolic blood pressure （NSBP） mean day systolic blood pressure （DSBP） in both groups got significantly declined （ P 〈 0.05 ） and these in observation group were obviously better than these in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The symptom scores in observation group were obviously lower than these in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ;the score of quality of life in observation group was better then that in treatment group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Qingxuan Prescription can lower the pa- tients＇ hypertension due to yin deficiency of the liver and kidney and improve their quality of life.
