益气活血法治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病肾病35例

35 Cases with Diabetic Nephropathy of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Treated by Benefiting Qi and Activating Blood Flow

目的:观察益气活血法治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及对血脂水平的影响。方法:选取气虚血瘀型糖尿病肾病患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。两组患者均给予低盐、低脂饮食,控制血压、血糖等对症支持治疗,观察组另加用当归补血汤治疗。结果:观察组有效率为85.7%,对照组有效率为74.3%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在降低血脂、24 h尿蛋白、改善肾功能和血脂水平等方面明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:益气活血法可有效改善糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿及临床症状,改善患者血脂水平,发挥肾功能保护作用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of benefiting qi and activating blood flow on diabetic nephropathy of qi deficien- cy and blood stasis type and its effect on blood lipid level. Methods ：70 cases with diabetic nephropathy of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were selected anti randomized into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group. Both groups were given supporting treatments of low salt, low fat diet, blood pressure control and blood sugar control, while observation group were additionally given Chinese Angelica Blood-Supplementing Decoction. Results ：The effective rate of observation group was 85.7% and that of control group was 74.3% ;observation group were better than control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. For lowering blood lipid and urine protein around 24 hours,improving kidney function and blood lipid level,observation group were obviously better than con- trol group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ：The method of benefiting qi and activating blood flow can effectively improve the urine pru- rein, blood lipid level and clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic nephropathy and has protective effect on the kidney function.
