化腐生肌膏联合薄硝汤应用于肛肠疾病术后217例

217 Cases with Anorectal Diseases After Operation Treated with Huafu Shengji Plaster Combined with Boxiao Decoction

目的:观察化腐生肌膏联合薄硝汤应用于肛肠疾病术后的临床疗效。方法:选取肛肠疾病患者400例,所有患者均接受手术治疗,随机分为对照组183例和观察组217例。对照组给予常规抗炎治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予化腐生肌膏联合薄硝汤治疗。结果:手术后第10d,观察组C反应蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、中性粒细胞比值显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);手术后第10d,观察组α-肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-1、白介素-6、VAS评分、伤口愈合时间均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:肛肠疾病术后应用化腐生肌膏与薄硝汤治疗疗效显著,具有抗炎效果好、患者痛感轻、伤口恢复快等优点。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Huafu Shengji Piaster （plaster for removal of necrotic tissues and regenera- tion of new tissues） combined with Boxiao Decoction on patients with anorectal diseases after operation. Methods ：400 cases with anoreetal diseases undergone operation were randomized into control group （183 cases） given routine anti-inflammatory treatment and observation group （217 cases） additionally given Hu＇afu Shengji Plaster combined with Boxiao Decoction. Resuhs：On the lOth day after the operation, the levels of C-reactive protein,procalcitonin ,white blood cell count,neutrophil count and percentage in observation group were significantly lower than these in control group ; the difference has statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Meanwhile,in observation group,the α-tumor necrosis factor, Interleukin-1, Interleukin-6, and VAS score were all lower and the wound healing time was shorter than these in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Huafu Shengji Plaster combined with Boxiao Decoction has remarkable curative effect on patients with anorectal diseases after operation and it has the advantages of good anti- inflammatory action,greatly reducing the pain sense and shortening the wound healing time of the patients.
