补肾祛瘀冲剂治疗肾虚血瘀型老年高血压临床研究

Clinical Study on the Method of Tonifying Kidney and Activating Blood for Treating Senile Hypertension Due to Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的:观察补肾祛瘀冲剂治疗肾虚血瘀型老年高血压的临床疗效。方法:将150例中医辨证为肾虚血瘀型老年高血压患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各75例,对照组给予硝苯地平片口服,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟补肾祛瘀冲剂治疗,两组均以8周为1个疗程。结果:治疗后治疗组收缩压、舒张压、头痛、头晕、胸闷、腰膝酸软中医证候积分水平均较治疗前及同期对照组明显改善(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:补肾祛瘀冲剂联合硝苯地平治疗肾虚血瘀型老年高血压可显著改善临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the method of tonifying kidney and activating blood for treating senile hyper- tension due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Methods：150 cases diagnosed by TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment with senile hypertension due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomized into control group and treatment group, with 75 cases in each group. Control group were orally given Nifedipine Tablets and treatment group were additionally given self-formulated Kidney-Tonifying and Stasis-Removing Granules,with 8 weeks as a treatment course for each group. Results：After the treatment, the mean level of TCM syndromes scores of systolic pressure,diastolic pressure, headache, dizziness,chest stuffiness, sour and soft waist and knees in the treatment group was greater improved than that in control group in the same period（ P 〈 0.05 ）, with statis- tical significance（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The method of tonifying kidney and activating blood combined with Nifedipine Tablets can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of senile hypertension due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis and is of remarka- ble efficacy.
