不同中成药辅助治疗急性盆腔炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Adjuvant Treatment by Different Chinese Patent Medicine for Acute Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:观察不同中成药辅助治疗急性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选取急性盆腔炎患者80例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础之上加用妇科千金片智力;对照组在常规治疗基础上加用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。结果:治疗后,治疗组血清炎性因子CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为55.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妇科千金片结合常规疗法治疗急性盆腔炎,能够显著降低患者的血清炎性因子水平,明显提高临床治疗效果,疗效优于桂枝茯苓胶囊。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of adjuvant treatment by different Chinese patent medicine for acute pelvic in-flammatory disease（APID）.Methods：80 cases with APID were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both group were given routine treatment while treatment group were given routine treatment while treatment group were additionally given Fuke QianJin Tablet and control group were additionally given Guizhi Fuling Capsule.Results：After the treatment,the levels of CRP of serum inflammatory cytokines,IL-6 and TNF-α in treatment group were lower than these in control group （P〈0.05）.The effective rate of treatment group was 95.0% while that of control group was 55.0%;treatment group were better than control group （P〈0.05）.Conclu-sion：For treating APID,Fuke QinJin Tablet combined with routine treatment can significantly lower the level of CRP,improve the clinical therapeutic effect,and has better efficacy than Guizhi Fuling Capsule does.
