活血化瘀法辨治不孕症心得

Experience of Infertility Treated with the Method of Activating Blood Flow and Resolving Blood Stasis

活血化瘀尚有抗炎、消肿、祛瘀镇痛之效,故而可调节女性激素之比例,改善女性内分泌环境,同时又可疏通输卵管以及盆腔的瘀血阻滞,从而使脏腑、气血、经络之间更好的协调,发挥应有的作用。故采用活血化瘀法为主治疗输卵管不通、子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌症所致不孕症,取得了良好治疗效果,临床应辨证用药,不可拘泥于单纯的活血化瘀,灵活运用,方可提高临床疗效。

The method of activating blood flow and resolving blood stasis has the functions of anti-inflammation, relieve swelling, removing blood stasis and checking pain, so it can be applied to regulate women＇s hormone proportion and improve women＇s endo- crine environment. Simultaneously,it can unblock the oviduct and remove the blood stasis obstructing in the pelvis to achieve coor- dination among the viscera, qi and blood and the meridians and collaterals to well exert their respective functions. The method of activating blood flow and resolving blood stasis has achieved good therapeutic effect in treating infertility due to tubal nowhere, en- dometriosis and adenomyosis of uterus. In clinical drug use according to syndrome differentiation, this method should be flexibly used to enhance the clinical therapeutic effect.
