中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎64例

64 Cases with Herpes Simplex Keratitis Treated with the Therapy of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者128例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组64例。对照组应用0.1%阿昔洛韦滴眼液与0.1%羟苄唑眼液交替滴眼治疗,对于深层角膜炎患者,阿昔洛韦0.5 g加至0.9%葡萄糖注射液500mL中静脉滴注;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服中药治疗。结果:观察组有效率为95.59%,对照组有效率为78.26%,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组平均治愈时间、复发率均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效显著。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of integrative Chinese and western medicine on Herpes Simplex Keratitis （HSK）. Methods ：128 cases with HSK were randomized into control group and observation group ,with 64 cases in each group. Control group were given 0.1% Aciclovir Eye Drops and 0.1% Hydrochloride Eye Drops alternatively. For patients with deep keratitis,0.5g Aciclovir was added to the O. 9% Glucose Injection of 500ml for intravenous drip. Observation group were ad- ditionally given treatment of Chinese medicine. Results ：The effective rate was 95.59% in observation group and 78.26% in con- trol group;observation group were better than control group（P 〈 0, 01 ）. The average healing time and recurrence rate of observa- tion group were better than these of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ：The therapy of integrative Chinese and western medi- cine has remarkable effect on HSK.
