点振法为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病72例

72 Cases with Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis Treated by Point Vibration as the Principal Therapy

目的:观察点振法为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取椎动脉型颈椎病患者144例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各72例。对照组给予常规推拿手法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用点振法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率97.22%,对照组有效率84.72%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者肩井穴、大椎穴点振法治疗前后温度比较,点振法治疗后均高于点振法治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:点振法为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效显著,可以有效缓解患者眩晕、疼痛等症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of point vibration therapy on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis （VACS）. Methods ：144 cases with VACS were selected and randomized into control group and treatment group,with 72 cases in each group. Control group were given routine massage therapy and treatment group were additionally given point vibration therapy. Results ：The effective rate of treatment group was 97.22% while that of control group was 84.72% ;treatment group were better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The temperatures of Jianjing acupoint （ GB 21 ） and Dazhui acupoint （ DU 14） became higher than these before point vibration treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Point vibration as the principal therapy has remarkable clini- cal effect on VACS and can effectively relieve the dizziness and pain of the patients.
