中药足浴加护理干预治疗糖尿病足30例

30 Cases with Diabetic Foot Treated with Chinese Medicine Foot Bath and Nursing Intervention

目的:观察中药足浴加护理干预治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:选取早期糖尿病足患者60例,采用随机数字表法(1∶1)分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药足浴治疗。结果:治疗组有效率93.33%,对照组有效率70.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组中医证候评分、抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:中药足浴加护理干预治疗糖尿病足能够有效改善患者机体功能及降低血糖,并改善患者焦虑抑郁状态,提高患者生存质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medieine foot bath and nursing intervention on diabetic foot. Meth- ads：60 eases with diabetic foot in the early stage were selected and randomized into control group（ 30 eases） given conventional nursing intervention and treatment group（30 eases） additionally given Chinese medicine foot bath. Results：The The effective rate of treatment group（93.33 % ） was better than that of control group （70.00%） （ P 〈 0.05 ）, The scores of TCM syndromes, self- rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale were all better than these in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine foot bath combined with and nursing intervention has remarkable effeet on on diabetic foot, which can effeetively improve the body function,lower blood sugar and relieve the anxiety and depression state and enhance the life qualities of the patients.
