摘要
对甘草等15种植物进行了提取,并研究了其对两种肉毒梭状芽孢杆菌和生孢梭菌的芽孢耐热性的影响。结果表明,这15种植物乙醇提取物均能降低这三种芽孢杆菌的芽孢耐热性。其中,甘草和柠檬桉乙醇提取物可显著降低这三种芽孢的耐热性。进一步研究表明,4%的甘草和4%的柠檬桉乙醇提取物都能够比对照增加约3个数量级的肉毒梭状芽孢杆菌62A芽孢的减少量。最后,协同性实验结果显示,p H和植物乙醇提取物对肉毒梭状芽孢杆菌62A的芽孢显示了明显的协同作用,在0.5%的植物乙醇提取物浓度下就可以显著降低了芽孢的耐热性。
The effects of ethanol-soluble fractions of 15 plant extracts were tested for heat resistance on the spores of two kinds of Clostridium botulinum and Clostridium sporogenes PA3679.The results showed that 15plant extracts all could reduce the heat resistance of the three spores.The ethanol-soluble fractions of licorice and lemon eucalyptus extracts were found to significantly decrease the heat resistance of the spores. Further investigations showed that ethanol-soluble fractions of 4% licorice and 4% lemon eucalyptus extracts could increase about three orders of magnitude of reduction of C1. botulinum 62A spores compared to the control. Finally, the research indicated that pH and plant extracts apparently showed synergistic effects on spores of Cl. botulinum 62A, it greatly reduced spores heat resistance at the concentration of 0.5 %.
