不同提取方法对油莎草总黄酮体外抗氧化活性影响 被引量:5

Effect of different extraction methods on antioxidant activity from Cyperus esculentus L. flavonoids in vitro

摘要 比较传统回流法、超声波提取法、微波辅助提取法、超声微波双辅助法对油莎草总黄酮的提取率,测定油莎草总黄酮总抗氧化能力、清除DPPH·自由基与·OH自由基的能力。结果表明,4种提取方法的提取率分别为0.64±0.0047%、0.76±0.0047%、1.34±0.0024和1.39±0.0012%。油莎草总黄酮的抗氧化活性大小与总黄酮浓度呈良好的量效关系,4种方法以超声微波双辅助法抗氧化能力最高。通过紫外光谱图、红外光谱图分析表明,四种提取方法得到的总黄酮光谱图均有较好的重叠,说明四种方法得到的提取物在组成上基本一致,超声、微波提取技术对油莎草总黄酮的结构无显著影响。 The extraction rate of traditional reflux extraction, ultrasonic extraction, microwave assisted extraction on total flavonoids from Cyperus esculentus L. (CE L.) were compared. The total antioxidant activity and ability of scavenging DPPH · radical and ·OH radical of the extract were evaluated. The results showed that extraction rate of four kinds of extraction methods were 0.64±0.0047%, 0.76±0.0047%, 1.34 ± 0.0024 and 1.39 ±0.0012%. There was a strong dose-effect relationship of the extract on antioxidant activities. Ultrasonic microwave double auxiliary method has the highest antioxidant capacity among four. The spectral analysis indicated that extracts obtained by four methods are basically the same in composition. The treatment of ultrasonic and microwave had no significant effect on the structure of the total flavonoids from CE L.
