基于灰色聚类的绿色农房建造标准评价

Evaluation on Green Farmhouse Construction Based on Grey Clustering Method

针对村镇领域农房建造节能减排的客观要求,以绿色建筑构成原理为依据,从技术性、社会性和经济性三个方面构建绿色农房建造标准指标体系。选择灰色聚类评估法中的三角白化权(TWW)函数的灰色系统评价方法对绿色农房建造标准进行评价,设立评价等级,以实例通过对三角白化权函数的计算,验证了评价模型的有效性及可行性,为村镇地区推广绿色农房提供有效依据。

Taking the objective construction requirement of the energy-saving farmhouse into consideration, we set up the standard index system based on green building principle in technical, social and economic aspects. By using the gray system evaluation of trigonal whitening weight （TWW） function of the Grey clustering method, we set up the ranking system for the green farmhous construction evaluation. The validity and the feasibility of the model are tested through the calculation of trigonal whitening weight function so as to offer provisions and suggestions for green farmhouse promotion in rural areas.
