摘要
利用计算流体力学(CFD),研究了某动车组地面电源单相电源箱中的逆变单元散热系统在IGBT模块与整流二极管模块稳态工作时的散热性能,运用传热学与流体力学理论知识对逆变单元的结构进行了改进。仿真分析表明,改进后的系统能有效提高散热效果。
The computational fluid dynamics ( CFD) was employed to study the thermal performance of the heat-removal system of some EMU ground power supply single phrase power box inverter unit when it's working steadily in IGBT module and the rectifier diode module.The structure of inverter unit was improved with the theoretical knowledge of heat transfer theory and fluid dynamics.The simulation analysis shows that the improvement can effectively enhance the heat dissipation effect.
