基于Qtouch软件的电动汽车远程监控系统设计

摘要 设计了一种基于Qtouch组态软件的电动汽车远程监控系统,阐述了该系统的组成和功能特点。远程监控系统下位机在车载端实时采集车辆运行参数,并将采集到的车辆信息及数据通过3G无线网络发送到监控中心。该系统在小型纯电动汽车上进行了试验,实现了对电动汽车运行数据的准确采集和对车辆的实时定位。运用测试所得的车辆行驶工况数据,基于Matlab运行环境开发了车辆行驶工况解析软件(VDCAP),进行了车辆行驶工况的分析统计功能验证。实验结果表明,所开发的电动汽车远程监控系统达到了系统的各项功能目标。 A remote monitoring system based on Qtouch for electric vehicles was designed and the composition and functional characteristics were described.The remote monitoring system can acquire the real-time running information and GPS data of the vehicles, and transmit them to the control center with 3G and Internet network.This system was tested in a small electric vehicle and realized the accurate collection and position of operation data.The analysis and statistics function of vehicle driving condi-tions was verified through the vehicle condition data and the vehicle driving cycles analysis program ( VDCAP) which was based on the MATLAB running environment.The results of test indicate that the remote monitoring system for electric vehicles has reached the aim of the design.
